Helping search engine crawlers (SEO)
Many search engines provide webmasters tools to show statistics and problems encountered from crawling a site. Amongst user search information which and site ranking for particular keywords. One thing that is offered as a means of helping crawlers is an xml based 'sitemap' which tells the crawlers which pages have been updated/added so the crawlers know exactly which pages to crawl (normally crawlers will limit the number of pages they crawl per day so this will make sure that the right ones are crawled). Knarly provides a simple XML document at the root called sitemap.xml*.

Currently both the Yahoo and Microsoft Live method of authentication require a bespoke file. Knarly plans to implement an online file creator as opposed to pages (which have a default header and footer) and name according to a personal preference.
There is no support for creating a page with user defined tags, i.e. <xml>, at the present time (v 1.3.2).
