Summary

• 404 Error handling.
• Email processing Its done but postponed implementation until core redesign
• Member functions to add and ammend personal information in Kadmin. Doing this caused a rethink of building forms.

Changes

404 handling

If a page is not found the page no longer redirects. The content of the /error page is displayed along with

 HTTP 1.0 404 Not Found

This is to reduce server load and improve the validity of the traffic statistics.

Email processing

Emails are stored in a searchable part of the system and can be created using the standard form. As yet there is no option to add users. One can also create templates.

User function: Updated user storage to be accessible site wide.

Note:

This is a grey area, do we really need the ability for administrators to see all personal information. It could be that a site is used for collecting informaiton from members. Should members be able to choose what information they have uploaded is shared with the administrators. Particulary since comunication via email can be done without disclosing the members name. This is especially prevalent when the member has a shared registration from another site. E.g. they use the knarly ident.
