Summary

1. Bulk upload and extract Zip archives. This is useful to recreate another website on Knarly. For more information see Upload archive content
2. PNG Optimization. I've added some fixes in light of some PNG files of one format being recreated in a less efficient format and filesizes becoming x10 bigger. Vice-versely i also wanted to reduce PNG files which were unnecessarily large in the first place. For more information about this see my article PNG Optimization
3. Changed the way Alias Path is defined. Now it is relative to the root of the directory it was created in. Unless it is preceeded by '/' which places it at the document root, like in a normal URL.

1. WYSIWYG: Firefox would not allow users to delete content before inserting content

1. Updated the WYSIWYG editor to be stand alone. Does not call in the _blank.htm file anymore
2. Updated the email handler script to accommodate multiple emails that come through on a persistent connection (this is why google mail holds the connection open for 20 seconds)
3. Updated the default CSS to pass Googles Page Speed test in Firebug
4. Added a tag so inline script can to be deferred until the end
5. Enabled the creation of a temporary user
